How Maxx Browser works
Maxx Browser gives our agents a controlled browser environment in which they operate software directly — navigating, reading the screen, filling forms, clicking through flows, and pulling results back into MSIL. Where there's an API, we use it. Where there isn't, the agent simply uses the tool, the same way a trained operator would. That means the boundary of what can be automated is no longer the boundary of what has an API. If your operation does it in a browser, an agent can do it too — under the same rules, logging, and escalation as everything else MSIL runs.
