Yes. Maxx Stacks is a remote-first company. Team members work from wherever they do their best work. We maintain optional hub locations for those who prefer in-person collaboration.
Our process is direct and respectful of your time: an initial conversation with a team lead, a practical work sample relevant to the role, and a final conversation with leadership. We aim to complete hiring within three weeks of your first conversation.
Yes. Every full-time team member receives equity in Maxx Stacks. We believe the people who build the company should own a meaningful piece of it.
