Intelligence credits are reserved for enterprises with genuine operational needs. We review every application. Here's what we look for.
Enterprise organization — 25+ employees or $5M+ in annual revenue. Credits are designed for teams with real operational complexity, not solo evaluators.
Identifiable intelligence use case — You can describe a specific process you want AI agents to operate: pipeline review, contract monitoring, market intelligence, or similar.
Decision-maker participation — The person requesting credits has authority to move forward after the trial. We don't run proof-of-concepts that go nowhere.
Clean data access — At least one enterprise system (CRM, ERP, data warehouse) you can connect during the trial. MSIL needs data to generate intelligence.
Commitment to evaluate — You'll engage with your dedicated onboarding specialist for the setup session and provide outcome feedback at the end of the credit window.
